Has anyone had experience with the shuttle from WDW Hilton (across from DTD)? We want to make it to HS by 8:15 am and I don't want to pay for parking at Disney. Any advice?

The shuttle runs regularly, but you always roll the dice that it may be full because a lot of people use it. Honestly, I'd pay the money to park and have control of the schedule, timing, etc.

But if you're ok with possibly being late, or not getting on a bus bc its full, then it is fine.
