WDW dvd

I've called disney 3 x's now and requested their dvd be sent. I have ressies for May @ Poly but I'm trying to get a family trip together for Dec. Thought it would be nice to sit down with the family and take a look at all of disneys on site resorts to see what everyone else likes. Firts request over 3 months ago. Second request aprox 4 weeks ago and then again today. Has anyone ever heard or had trouble themselves getting a dvd? Any where else to pick up a dvd to view?

It seemed to take a long time when I ordered it and I had to call twice. Hang in there.

I ordered my video in early January and after one call and two emails I finally got it last week. The response to my last email was an apology and that they would be sending it out by express mail. Hope you get your soon!

We're a little behind on info requests b/c this is our peak booking season. It usually takes about 4-6 weeks..
