Does WDW typically offer discounts for November at all?

We had free dining for November last year plus they are always offering a room deal. I booked our trip about 6 months in advance and originally paid for dining and was able to get a refund on what I had paid all ready for dining and was able to pay a bit extra to get one TS included.
