Oh thanks for joining!!!!!

I have NO idea how I am going to reveal the surprise! Do you have a good idea? I have had this planned over a year just waiting for some brilliant idea to come to me and nothing has. I'm definitely going to wait until the last possible moment. Definitely not before the wedding. If I can't think of a better idea before then, I'm thinking there might be a moment at the wedding reception that I just might blurt it out to him. And if not, maybe on the plane the next morning...maybe at the magical express counter...or if he seems really tired and out of it, maybe he won't even notice us getting in the Poly ME line and I won't tell him until we pull up to the resort!

wow, that's so exciting! my DBF would be just the same.. planning our vacations is always completely up to me, he is fine to go along with anything I plan - which is fine by me because I am a planner! this trip i have a suprise Illuminations cruise planned for the party, but I am going to try not to tell anyone until dinner that evening, just tell them "be at the YC Marina at 7.45 please!!.. it's killing me tho, keeping it a secret!"

hmmm not sure how/when would be best to tell your DFi .. could u pretend when you get to the airport, that Disney has phoned your cell phone to say that they can't find your reservation at WL so it's been cancelled ... tell him, look really upset, then say .. "oh well, it's a good thing that I booked at the Polynesian!!" just an idea?

which cruise do you have booked? i would absolutely love to take a Disney Cruise one day!

What about giving him a box with a lei, and a grass skirt. With a card that says something like, take the cowboy hat off and put your coconut bra on were not staying at WL, were going to the Poly... All I have for now LOL

Hmm, good suggestions. I like the idea of telling him on the plane. I also think giving him something as a clue, like a lei. Hmm, I'll have to think about it a little more....

BTW, my shower invites went out on Monday and I already have $300 on my disneyhoneymoonregistry!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay!! So glad you came along!! We definitely have to meet up at some point. Tom might be jealous about your WL stay though. I really am nervous that is is going to be disappointed about my secret upgrade!

I think personally I would try to wait till the last possible minute and tell him you'll wait in line at the ME counter. And then maybe say they told you at the counter that you need to go on the Poly bus b/c the other one had broken down on the road and they sent the extra ME bus to get those passengers. And then when you stop at the Poly tell him oh yea, this is our spot! I like to do things that way!

That might actually work!! I always go to the ME counter by myself, I was actually trying to think of how I could get him in the Poly bus line without it looking suspicious and I think he might actually buy that one!! Unless there are other people in the actual WL line...but he probably wouldn't even notice. I'll have to have something on the back burner just in case he does notice, maybe then I'll whip out the lei!!
