So DH and I were at the kickoff event for all the volunteers working at the upcoming Super Bowl in Indy....and the head guy organizing the whole event cited WDW as their example of customer service! 
They are hoping we will give visitors to Indy the same "wow" feeling as you get when in the World. I'm looking forward to seeing if Disney is mentioned in the training materials, too....
