I was wondering if Disney did anything different with the housing for people that are engaged or married in the Career Start Program. I read the FAQ on the official site and it said you would get paired with someone that arrived on the same date as you, but it said nothing about if you were engaged/ married. Do they let you stay in the same apartment if you pay for two applicants or do you both have to apply at the same time and hope that you get put together?

As far as I've heard, they will let you live together if you provide a marriage license to the housing department. I haven't heard anything about engaged couples being able to do that, and this might only be a College Program thing. I'd suggest emailing to ask!

coorsie is right... if you are married you have to get a certified copy of your license to GIVE them. You cannot make a copy or simply show them it; that certified copy usually has some cost depending on the state.

Engaged doesn't mean anything, you are treated as two individuals and will be separated based on gender.
