I tried to call the WDW Call Center right at 7am to check on the new special offer for guests whose trips were cancelled due to COVID-19, and the Call Center is closed until further notice!!
Still closed this morning, even though I called right when it opened. It really stinks for our clients. Other people are able to call and apply the special offer if they didn't book with a TA, but our clients have to wait and hope that there's still decent availability once they decide to open the TA line again?
