WDW Bounce Back passes????

I am confused. I have read that you can purchase a one day WDW ticket and then buy a "bounce back pass" for a second day. I have heard that this is cheaper then buying two single day tickets. I have read that the one day ticket must be purchased on the same day as the bounce back pass. I have read that WDW does not promote the bounce back pass and try to sell their clients a hopper pass instead. I do not need a hopper pass since my time, unfortunately, will be very limited at WDW this December. I need just two days worth of entrance tickets (one day at MK and one day at AK). I contacted WDW info. regarding this and was told that the bounce back pass does not exist.

I will arrive in LBV Dec. 20 and would like to visit a WDW hotel that day and purchase my one day ticket (We will be going to MK or AK the next day and don't want to waste valuable time in the a.m. buying tickets). But can I buy a one day ticket the day before touring MK/AK at a WDW hotel and then buy a bounce back during my first touring day. I have been told that they both must be purchased on the same day.

Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

It exists however I dont think they call it a Bounceback ticket anymore..but you would think they knew what you were talking about!

The "Bounce Back" tickets you want are now called 2Day/2 Park tickets. Read all about them here. Looks like you can save about $5 compared to the puchase of two "regular" single day tickets.

Best wishes -

Does anyone know if you can get a bounce-back ticket for four days instead of three. We do not intend to park hop and will need tickets for four days in a row.

Thanks.

No you can't. You would need to get a 4 day PH. The proportionate price of the non-existent 4 day/4 park ticket would be the same as a 4 day PH purchased in advance.

It doesn't. "Bounce Back" was a term that Disney used many years ago in a limited time ticket promotion they ran one year. As Carol pointed out, it is now called a 2 day/2 park ticket or in the event of someone wanting three days, it's a 3 day/3 park ticket.

Of course, calling WDW will still not yield you much in the way of information as you will be talking to CRO/WDTC and they do not sell that ticket so it won't appear on their computer screen. Therefore, to them, it doesn't exist either. :confused3

You are making it much more complicated than it need be for your situation. Here's the really simple answer to your dilemma. Go to any WDW ticket booth, Guest Relations or Disney Resort Guest Services and purchase a 2 day/2 park ticket. Be sure you ask for it like that. The price of that ticket already includes the discount you would get if you bought a 1 day/1 park and upgraded it on the day you used it. It will cost you $111.30 for an adult ticket, $87.86 for a child. That's a $5 savings (pre-tax) over two 1 day/1 park tickets.

There is no 4-day/4-park pass, as GoldenOldie already stated. But, if you really don't want to purchase the 4-day PH for $233.24 at the gate (or $215.13 in advance), you can purchase 2 2-day/2-park passes for $111.30 each (a total of $222.60 for 4 days). It's really up to you.

Disneyfamilyoffour-I would do the 4 day hopper in advance. In December the parks close early so you could go to Epcot at night. Epcot is so magical in December! The lights between Future World and World Showcase are spectacular and the Santas around the world are so fun.

Another option for the 4-Day Hopper is your local AAA office--price there, including tax is $209. (or $169. for child).

Thanks to all for the response.

Since we will be coming off the Magic, we really do not want to spend the four days running around. The only late night we have will be for MVMCP. That is why we are not going to park hop or go to Epcot at night.

In Birbaum's book, it states you can do the bounce back (old name) for four days. Did they change the policy? I will check into the AAA pricing.

Thanks again.

Pesonally, for the extra $5.00, I'd rather just buy a single day ticket if it means I can go to two or more parks in one day if I wish to.
