WDW AP Renewal Question

Hi everyone,

We are AP Holders for WDW. Our APs expired two weeks ago so we still within the renewal window. We are currently 10 days out from our 60 day FP window (we are staying on-site) We want to purchase new APs however we don't want to renew them as we want to change the expiration date of the new AP (currently they expire in October) . It looks like we might be spending a fortnight in Disneyland in October or November 2015.It makes better financial sense just to upgrade our WDW AP to the Premier Passport.

If we purchase new APs and pay the full price not the renewal price, the new expiration date would be the date we physically pick up the card, correct?

Yep, just make a new purchase, not a renewal.

Thank you to both of you! Since we will have an AP, we can make FP+ for January but we can't customise our Magic Bands until our APs are active? We will have new ones for our stay at AKL anyway and our other MBs.
