WDW Annual Pass Parking and Dining - Help me please!

I will be going travelling to WDW twice within the space of a year, for a total of around 40 days, so an annual pass will definitely work out better value. A couple of things though;

I am going over Christmas/New Year next year, and wanted to ensure that the free parking with the AP will cover this time of year, and that there are no blockout dates?

Also, what are the normal AP discounts for restaurants such as CRT etc. as there are 45th anniversary additional discounts on that will likely not be on when I go... Do they offer discounts on Hoop Dee Doo too?

Finally, would I be able to use my AP discount against my whole parties bill, or just my own food?

There are no blockout dates specifically for parking. If your pass covers a particular time period, then it includes parking for that period.

Thanks I'd get the one without any blockouts anyway, as all of the other ones block out over Christmas.
