We went in December. One night I went to Mouseworks in Epcot and made a purchase for $107 and the register computer froze. The nice CM worked on it and "cancelled it" and recharged my room key. I just assumed everything was ok. In the scheme of a wonderful and exciting vacation I forgot all about the difficulties in making my purchase. And trusting soul that I am I never even looked at the final bill. It was something I meant to do but slipped my mind in the hassle of driving home in a car that was unsure if it wanted to make it to Miami. So I got a check in the mail from WDW a few days ago for $107. I had no idea why??? Very confused. So I dug out the bill and low and behold I was charged twice for my purchase. I never even knew. Never complained. And WDW recognized it and solved it on their own. I am so not used to WDW giving me money back that I had to share this experience.

That happened to me on our cruise. WE were overcharged $5.95. We knew it was an overcharge, but just didn't feel like going down to the purser to get it taken care of. A few weeks later here comes a check!
