WDW 50 anniversary?

Hi.. what is expected for the 50th celebration?
How long do they last doing special events?

Its unknown really right now.

The actual anniversary is October 1st, 2021. Previous rumors said the celebration would begin Summer 2021 and last into 2022. What will take place has yet to be announced.

If I recall correctly, when Disneyland celebrated 60, the celebration started around July 2015 and ran into the next year. I was there in July of 2016 and they were still celebrating.

Disneyland's anniversary is in July though. The Disneyland 60th began with the 24 hour day Memorial day weekend I believe though.
