Hello people ,I'm wondering if wdw or places like undercover tourist would be offering ticket purchases that have bonus days ,similar to the promotion there running currently.ive searched historical ticket promotions with no success ,any help would be appreciated.

I noticed last night the UT has a 4 day+ 2 days deal (non- PH). Not sure if it's the best deal, but it's cheaper than their regular 6 day

Yey I seen that I was hoping for buy 3 get 1 , hopefully something like that rolls out by late nov

Best of Orlando has a Buy 4 days, Get 1 free promotion out right now. Unused tickets don't expire so if you see a promotion that you like, don't hesitate to order then and there.

I think these things fluctuate a lot, but at this moment the UT offer for buy 4 days get 1 free is cheaper (about $300 less for our family of 4) than Best of Orlando when you add in the taxes.

Ahh, they could be. I didn't know UT was offering a similar deal at the moment, so I didn't even check there. Whoops!

I wondering if I just purchase tickets via wdw go and wdw happened to roll out a promo ,would I be eliagible for that discount, I'm considering a throwaway room.

You will have to explain your plan further.

Most of the time, direct purchased WDW tickets are not the best deal.

Also, for the most part, tickets are not refundable so you should only buy if you are pretty certain you will be using them.

Disney mostly offers discounts on rooms, or free dining with full priced rooms.

They did have a ticket promo out where you bought a ticket that was 1 park/1 day for 4 days at a reduced price, but I found this ticket tedious. You may be different.

What is your plan with the throwaway room? I'm thinking these type of ideas will push Disney to creating minimum stays.

A "buy 3, get 1 free" deal is not likely. The discount on 3-day tickets is not very big, so offering a *free* 4th day is not going to happen. Disney is currently offering a 4-park Magic pass which entitles the bearer to 1 day in each of the 4 theme parks - no park hopping and each entitlement must be used on a separate day. The tickets must be purchased by July 30, 2017 and is only valid thru Sept. 30, 2017. They've extended that deal once, so there's a possibility that it will happen again.

One thing to keep in mind is that the online ticket sellers will compare their prices to Disney's gate price. If you purchase your multi-day tickets in advance from Disney directly, you get an automatic $20 discount over their gate price. So, the seller's tickets need to be discounted more than $20 off the gate price to make it worth purchasing from them instead of Disney.

If you manage to purchase Disney GCs at a discount (just using your Target REDCard will get you 5% off the face value), it can be less expensive to purchase right from Disney. Just as an example, a 4-day adult MYW base ticket purchased from UT today would cost about $359. Disney's price with tax would be $373. At first glance, UT appears to be a much better deal. But if you got 5% off of your Disney GCs, your OOP cost would be $354 for that same ticket when purchased in advance from Disney.

Some Amex cards have a $35 cash back on a $175 UT ticket purchase right now.
We're going that route for tickets for Sea World in San Diego.

May be worth checking if you have an Amex card.

Sorry was hurried for work during last post so it was unclear. What I meant was if I purchased the tickets with a throwaway room ,and wdw decided to grant some sort of ticket promotion after I purchased tickets would I be eligible for the new discount and would wdw allow me to even upgrade my ticket selection in order to be eligible. As for wdw changing there policy for minimum stays , I could care less and will continue to attempt to save money anyway I can.
