WDTC Confirmation Letter Inconsistencies

So here's the story: by phone, I purchase a four-night package, but with a ten-day ticket. When I receive my confirmation letter, the body of the letter listing the details of the package correctly states that it include four nights at the WL and a ten-day ticket. However ... the first line of the letter inconsistently claims that I will be staying at the WL for NINE nights (with the correct arrival date, but the wrong departure date).

I've called WDTC, and they have confirmed that I have a four-night booking ... and can't explain the letter. My best guess is that the WDTC computer has a glitch, and for the purposes of the first line of confirmation letters assumes that the purchase of a ten day ticket must reflect a ten day stay, even if that isn't true. But I'm curious if anyone else has received a letter similar to this when purchasing tickets for longer than their actual stay.

I wouldn't worry about it.

I booked my res. for 7/4-7/7 but Online at disneyworld.com it said 7/4-7/10----- But I called them up and they said it was indeed 7/4-7/7.

Like you said it's probably a computer glitch.

Once in a while, there will be a "glitch in the matrix" when the confirmation letters come out. I would call back and request that they send you a new confirmation letter, with the correct information, so that you can rest a little easier, and know that the problem has been resolved. I don't know how you are, but I would be worried that my reservation was wrong until I checked in!

Good luck, and have a great trip!

Unfortunately, i have called twice about my incorrect letter (same issue as jsilvers...1st line incorrect, but body of letter has correct info) Each time they pull my reservation up in the computer it is correct & they state they will send a corrected letter....but each time the letter is the same. I finally gave up. We are switching resorts for the last 2 nights, so i did not want to have a problem. Since everything seems to be correct in the computer reservation system, i'm going to ignore the 1st line of the letter.
