WDT is telling me no rates! HELP!!

I am on hold with WDT and they are telling me AP rates are not avail. Been on hold since 7 am and she just came on and told me rates are not in system. I've been on hold for an extra 6 minutes while she checks again.

What do I do??

The code on Mary's site is AMI. Give her the code. When are you making your ressie's for?? I just got the AP rate for end of Nov.

I asked for the AP code, then code AMI and she refused to believe they were in the system, so I asked her nicely to check with someone else again. She finally transferred me to guest services and they were helpful and gave me the rate right away. GF for $199 night in December 8-10! Orig booked at $378!

Same here, I called this morning, actually got thru in 5 minutes, was told rates were released but she couldn't find any rooms at Ap rates for my dates. She thought that they weren't in the system yet--suggested I call later. Well, it's later and I've been on hold over 40 minutes and counting.
