WDL Concierge

My DH and I will be stay at the WDL in Dec. I am trying to talk him into doing the Concierge. I have a couple of questions. Should we call up a head of time to request an upgrade? Is there a link that I can show to my DH so he can see why he would be paying more? Thanks for you help, I tried the thread that is 103 pages long but I got too confused

We checked into the WL mid-week in late August '02. We had a woods view booked with a code, imagine our surprise when they offered to upgrade us to concierge level for only $40 per night (it was a pool view no less!)

No harm in asking when you check-in. It was worth the $40 many times over.
