WCC walk-up question

Hello,

we are a party of 3 with a reservation for dinner at 6h55pm on Oct. 15 at whispring Canyon Cafe WL. If we are unable to get an earlier reservation, does that mean they do not accept walk-ups at all or if we show up early do we have a chance to get in earlier?

We just got back last week and they were turning away walk-up left and right, but if you want an earlier ressie just keep trying when you are there cause things would open up while we were there.

Its anybody's guess. Many times they'll say "sure, we can seat you now!" Other times they won't be able to seat you until AFTER your ADR time no matter how early you get there.

We just returned and had ADR at 5:30. It was 6:15 before they seated us, and walk ups were being turned away. I would think that if you wanted to try 4:00 ish, you might have a chance, but not at dinner time.

It was by far the best meal that we had during our trip, though it was VERY loud. I knew that going in, but they were packed and you almost had to yell to the people at your own table to hear over the noise. Not a place to go for a nice quiet sit down meal.
