Yes, you can get the skillet for one, or as many as you've got. You also get dessert. However, you do not get an appetizer. If one person orders skillet and the other orders a regular menu item, the "regular" person can still get an appetizer.
we did this last trip- the whole table got the skillet for dinner (no appetizer), but you do get a dessert. The caramel apple pie is TDF. Also, our server told us we could order a milkshake as a beverage (not just a soda, tea or coffee). So I did and it was delish. AND I still got a dessert. I don't think I ate much of it after that shake though.
