WCC - can you change items on skillet meal ?

menu:
Canyon Skillet All-You-Care-To-Eat
Smoked pork ribs, oven-roasted chicken and pork sausage, served with beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh baked corn bread, served Family Style

Can we omit the pork sausage & coleslaw ?
I would hate the food to go to waste - we do not eat sausage or coleslaw.

Would we be 'joked with' for changing the items by the CM's ?
Would the chef come out and ask us why ?

I'm sure they would. You might experience a slight ribbing for it though.

I think they would let you omit them, but I'm quite confident that they would tease you about it.

I would not mind the ribbing - like 'Hey look over here, a Sausage hater !' or "What no cole slaw ? You like everthing without the fix'ins !'

But at least food would not be wasted

Hi ... The last time we went I left out the sausage - and they didnt make fun of me. Well they did bring me a tiny mug of water with a huge straw tho! And I was soooooo thirsty!
