WCC Breakfast Question for Southerners

I'm probably going to go ahead and make the WCC breakfast ADR. I notice the AYCE skillet has bisuits and gravy on it. So how is it? I love biscuits and gravy but I've never tried them at WDW.

It has been awhile, but the biscuits were fine. The gravy had pieces of sausage in it. It was very flavorful with the sausage in it.
