I think I've had most of that too but not all at once. Can you still hula hoop? I can't. You know what is strangely a good exercise? Standing on a sit and spin and twisting back and forth. My kids don't play on it anymore so I use it.
Oh, what a great idea! And a very cheap piece of exercise "equipment"! :thumbsup2

If you book online entire deposit is needed at time of booking....

If you call and book over the phone w/ DCL -- res will hold even with just a $250 dep (or whatever amount). Little known tidbit...res won't cancel out as long as there is $ on the res w/o DCL calling you first (but SSSSHHH you didn't hear that from me).

That's good to know :thumbsup2 I was thinking about just booking one of us and adding the other three later since we wouldn't need another room but I was afraid there wouldn't be enough room for the kids in the clubs.

HI Gaylean!!! You're making me laugh here......DON'T START SMOKING!!!!! Definitely start working, that will probably help.:lmao: :lmao:

The problem is that when I was working I use to think I would lose weight if I quit. I was smaller then though but it was before the kids.

Not a good idea.....you would not get lowest rates for everyone if you only book 1....the other 3 would be at the rate available when you call in to add them.

Well I had a boiled egg and a slice of home made bread followed by a yogurt.

Then I ate a bag of licourice.:rolleyes1

We had cold salmon and salad with new potatoes folloewed by strawberries and ice cream for tea.

I had to have pizza, and then the chocolate chip cookies... It's that time again and I NEED chocolate!!!

Smart thinking. I'm just hoping it only costs $500.00 for the entire cruise ;)

Ok... I get it...

:dance3: :dance3: :dance3: Ian & Sukie are getting married today and we all decided to make it a holiday and take the afternoon off!!!!!

Monica, I can so relate......when I was on diettogo I lost almost 40 lbs in 2 months.....I was doing 1200 calories a day. Then I quit smoking and gained it all back and then some. Now I'm doing bistromd and it's 1200 calories a day again. I'm losing 1 lb every 2 weeks. How slow this is as compared. My metabolism has slowed down so much since quitting cigarettes.

I started thinking maybe I should smoke again until I lose all the weight then quit and maintain. BUT I WON'T GO BACKWARDS. So I have to lower the calories and add the exercise to burn the calories and it's going to be so very slow and so very hard. UGH!

We share the same boat sweetie and it ain't easy and it's no fun!

I have no choice, I have to get it done for my health and for my legs.:headache: :headache:

Deb, I missed your posts as you posted similar time to me, and when the page came back I was on a new page and you were at the bottom of the old one. It annoys me when I forget to go back and look. I have missed posts in the past this way.

Anyway, well done to you for keeping going with the dieting, and for not starting up smoking again. It will happen for you - you have such resolve.

Sounds good. I'm eating a steak quesadilla. It sounds like you like to cook just like me.

What is a steak quesadilla?

I only learnt to hoop last year with the modern hoops. it is a lot of fun, but like everyting else you have to keep it up. Not good for you at the moment with a bad back though.

I think that's why a lot of us are here. They probably won't even come today.

Crazy about the SIL teaching that many kids without any help. Don't parents realize the kids get more attention if the teachers aren't running around and making their own copies and filing for themsleves?

I like your off topic topic. How can a woman with a pregnant teen not change her mind about abstinence? I think that is insane. Kids are having sex and if you don't teach them about it, they will get pregnant. I don't believe teaching kids about it is telling them it is OK to do it. She can still take her children to church and teach abstinence and give them sex ed too. And I'm sorry to say this but usually kids that are sexually active at a young age lack one parents love, usually dad if it's a girl. It is proven. As for the drinking, it doesn't surprise me. Dad is a fisherman that is never around and Alaska is a boring place to live.

YUP... BIG YUP!!!

:scared1: Oh my, I had no idea so many phobias existed! I sure hope Tyler doesn't develop this one: Step-mother- Novercaphobia. :rotfl2:

Can you believe I'm expected to know, understand and memorize this list... then be able to treat people for them?:scared1:

1 of the issues that is depressing me.....no surprise really--this has been such an issue for me for soooooooooooooooooooooo long.

I think I'm about 3-5 lbs heavier than when I left the cruise (not too bad but adding it to how much I was already over weight :rotfl: )

Hard thing is that since I'm so down & so mentally/emotionally exhausted I can't get off my tail to do any type of exercise.

I really want to try to do SOMETHING before my trip to Spain - I really don't want to deal w/ my father's reaction.

MY friends, it is time for us to start an online health club for each other. We all have something stemming from something else causing this unhappiness and clinical depression. We have an opportunity to help each other. We know and trust each other, so is anyone else interested in having a daily goal to get us to a better place? We could really motivate each other to take action so that this pain doesn't fester. Almost all of us on here have something we are unhappy with, but several of us have more serious issues that we really can do something about for each other. We have the capability to change our brain chemistry and change our lives.

Brooke has a fear of childbirth. She asked me if she could have a baby that came out of someone else tummy like grandma did. She said she doesn't want to get cut :lmao: :lmao:

I had that fear for 41 years, then had the easiest birth on the planet!

I don't have those times and I NEED chocolate all the time!!!:lmao: :lmao:

It is a tortilla with cheddar cheese and steak in it and it's all melted.

Yes, I'm back:
