No. She just told me and pointed him out. She told me he held her hand. They were BFFs at the beginning and she wondered what happened to him at the end. I just figured you guys had late dining like everyone else's kids who disappeared.

Aw, that's so sweet! Yeah, when she was missing him was probably when he got kicked out. I'll have to show him a picture of her and ask him about holding her hand! He'll probably get a big smile on his face! He remembers V's Samantha, so I'm sure he'll remember Brooke, even though I never met her.

Seems like many people end up in relationships with one being a late bloomer and one an early bloomer Okay so really there's only 3 of us that have posted they are one early, one late, but its still a trend!

Hmmm ... I don't know quite how to broker this topic, but as I am not a parent it has been something I have thought about from time to time, usually when I am in WDW.

When I was a kid, children were dressed like children and not miniature adults.

Something that has sort of bothered me is the trend towards dressing children (especially little girls) like miniature adults. There is something that seems a bit to me like the sexualization of children, what with the heels and make-up and such I've seen. This would be on what I would judge as little girls of 8, 9, 10, 11 etc.

I find this all a bit disturbing, because it just somehow, to me seems wrong.

I'm not saying that I see it ALL the time, but have seen it enough that Sukie and I have discussed it.

Again, I apologize if I offend anyone. Not having children ourselves, or knowing anyone (in Chicago) with children, there's not really anyone I can ask.

In some ways we live a very sheltered existence in our own little world.

It is probable that I am out of touch with what goes on today.

I've seen it too and find it disturbing also. Seems like they are not allowed to be fun-loving little children but have to be little adults.

Since so many of us are here, and a few of us are drinking, we could all put on our tiaras, take a picture of ourselves, post it, and have sort of an online champagne girls reunion (but not necessarily champagne)! And maybe later, somebody creative with pictures (Ken?) could take all the individual pics and put them all together on one!

Am I nuts or does that sound fun?

Um I need to go straighten my hair and put on my makeup and put on a "too short" skirt and I'll be right back

This is me trying to be photo artsy when we had the beautiful ocean setting behind us in San Simeon.

I could so easily never come home from the beach...I wish it were an option.

I LOVE IT!! Great photo! I'm with you on not coming home from the beach. Harder to get to one when you live in Indianapolis though. Is there any place farther from ocean than this?

Brooke and Samantha were together sometimes too. We all had early dining so they saw each other a lot. And it was NOT all the tastings that their parents were doing either!

Hi All. I FINALLY got caught up reading. I was 100 pages behind and by the time I caught up to that I was another 50 pages behind. I can't skip pages. I have to read it all and get caught up to get back to posting with you all again.

I've also been watching the Olympics and BB After Dark......takes up a lot of TV time.....but I love both so I do it.
