G... you've seen snow haven't you??? and not in pictures either... :rotfl2:

I'd rather have the white stuff... prevents the black stuff...

Yes I have because Jon's parents live in the mountains and it snows there. Plus it snowed here last year :lmao: and it even stayed on the ground for a few minutes.

I'd rather have the white stuff too but I don't have to shovel ash :confused3

Oh, GREAT...now I'm never going to leave the office! Too cute!

haha, I thought it was a video....Daniel sent me the link and I was watching it and waiting for the "punch line" he laughed at me and said "Mom, It's live!"

I'll keep you in the loop. :flower3: So what were the Sept dates? Cause, you know, some of us will be on the Magic for one or two weeks that month! Was it the week before or the week after the cruise that Deb wanted to come out? Whichever...I don't think I'd have the spare cash, as I'll be there in November for my birthday celebration. Now FEB is good for me!:thumbsup2 (I was thinking of a March visit anyway, so I could move it up.)

Ian, I'll be reserving Thanksgiving vacation time. :thumbsup2

.

Well I'm here anytime so I don't care. I think she thought she would fly home from here or fly into here and that's why she said Sept.

before you accuse me of not being a good SAHM today, I have a chicken in the oven and brocilli ready to steam. Thinking about some rice a roni, but my drink is half empty which means I'm half lit, so not sure if we really need the rice tonight :lmao:

Well there is this one...

smiley_champagne_glass.gif

That's cute. I think I'll add it but where do you find them?

Hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia......didn't get em!

However, there are a few bodies and a bloody axe burried under the house.

Stolen... thanks!!! (well..not by YOU... ME!!!)

We love having a big crowd, and we have a blast.

We used to have a Boxing Day tea party (I might have mentioned it). I used to start baking and freezing the day after Thanksgiving, and continued baking (nearly every night) until Christmas.

There were sweets and savories, one 6 foot table of each. And nothing but tea to drink.

The last year we had it, we had over 180 people. I remember just sitting in our bedroom in the basement, exhausted. It finally got to be too much for me and we stopped.

The only remnant of it now is how we go all out for Thanksgiving.

Can you send me a box of cookies??? :goodvibes :worship: :worship: :worship:

YOU may not need it, but the kiddies need to eat... :upsidedow

:lmao: :lmao: ...although...rice a roni is pretty painless to make, you can even do it one handed, so you don't have to put down your drink! :thumbsup2 I used to practically live off that stuff years back.

Man, I had a thought and now I've got the window open and I forgot it.

I think I need someone to drink with tonight. Gaylean....help me :flower3:

Yesterday, while shopping at Fresh & Easy (one RIGHT BY MY HOUSE NOW), they had some lemon bars....oh, I didn't buy them, but I sure want one RIGHT NOW.

I'd better head on home...catch you all later!

I don't think I'd want 180 people at my house, unless the were outside :scared1:

I crack myself up even if you guys don't think it's funny.

I remembered....

I got some Wii games on sale at Toys R us yesterday:

mario kart
indiana jones lego
sim city (kid version)
scuba diving

I think I'm almost done with Xmas shopping. I need to get Paul a sweater and I think that's it. Short lists for the extended family this year, since we are travelling together, we are foing to do a gift card or something like that.

Oh yeah, one more thing, we are getting Molly an ipod. Trying to decide between the touch and the classic. She says she wants the touch, so she can check stuff online, but I'm not really sure that is what she will use it for internet, but more for video and songs. Anyone have any info on this????

I would love to help you out but I think we are going somewhere for Monday night football. Ethan didn't have any homework :scared1: and Brooke is almost done with the entire week. I'll be back early but you'll really be lit by then :lmao:
