Well.....do I like it? NO! :rotfl: But it's the best workout I've ever seen. It works every part of your body, so it's great! Hearing about your 18 pounds makes me want to try to get motivated to start doing it again.

Karate: I've only just started, so just have my white belt. The next graduation is mid-June I think, so I'll get my orange belt then. Tyler just moved up to green a little over a week ago. I really like it so far.....except for one night when it was such an intense workout and I'm so out of shape, I had to run off the floor and throw up! :scared:
I know what you mean about "liking it" - it's alway a catch 22 - you hate doing it, but feel good (usually) afterwards! I too have been so out of shape that I want to and almost throw up - TMI I know - but that certainly means you are "into" it - while you are doing it. That is awesome... I have a trick that I use recently about the working out... if I don't feel like it, I say, "just put your clothes on and do 3 minutes" well you know what - I have YET to stop... it works with hiking, the gym, "just GO to the gym and if you don't feel like an hour do 30 minutes..." I always end up feeling better after the first 10 minutes (my body warms up very slowly...)

WOW Peg....that's awesome!!!! So great for you. You're going to look so incredible on our cruise. Make sure you buy yourself something pretty to wear just before we board so you can buy it in your smallest size!
I've got a couple of ideas about this moment... mostly visualizing myself and their reactions!
Oh, dear. I have been REALLY bad today! Started out well, cooked chicken on the grill, but Patrick wanted hot dogs.....so......I cooked and ATE hot dogs with baked beans for lunch.......I am SO BAD! All that salt! I guess I'll just have to drink a gallon of water to flush it out.......oh, dear.
Don't beat yourself up, one of the first KEYS I learned - it's over, let it go and ONWARD AND DOWNWARD... we all slip and it's just a temporary reaction - not forever.
 




Hi Gydell.....you're doing so great with your weight loss....keep it up girl. I'm only 5 days into WW online. I shopped one week before starting and ate the good food with the leftover bad food in the house and didn't track my food intake and I lost 3 lbs. Healthy choices really make a difference. So far so good but I've got a long way to go. I'll weigh in on Friday morning to get my numbers after my first real week of doing WW online. I'm curious to see if I have made any progress. I feel good so that counts.

Thanks for the info. It's hard to eat good when others around you are not eating the same thing. I feel for you Connie.

Heathly choices are good! You'll get there - just take it 1 day at a time. I have 20 more pounds to lose to get to my goal(I may go for more once I hit this) and they are getting harder to lose. 2 weeks walking at WDW should help! Just don't get discouraged if you don't lose as much as you think you should when you weigh in on Friday. It will come off if you stick to your plan and I know you can do it!!!

Don't feel guilty. That is only one bad(not too bad really) meal. Don't let it hijack your plan and you will be ok!!!

We have had a great evening. We had dinner at Sweet Tomatoes and then played a game of Pirates Cove Mini golf. Really nice for a change.

Have any of you eaten at Sweet Tomatoes. Oh it is yummy.

Wonderful different salads and extras, loads of different healthy soups, baked potatoes, muffins and breads and very nice desserts. Seems to be Strawberry month, so there was a lovely strawberry salad, strawberry and apple cobbler, strawberry muffins, strawberry lemonade(:love:) and sugar free strawberry mousse among loads of other choices. John doesn't like salads, but he found loads to enjoy. Great for vegetarians. Very clean place.
 
I can't wait until it's time for the strawberries to come out up here... it's about 3 weeks off... they are SO good!!!!

Oscar Meyer has a hotdog that only has 40 calories and there is a hotdog bun that only has 60 . I've been feeding them to Bill and he doesn't know the difference!
Oh my gosh, this is wonderful news! You just made me so happy! I LOVE HOT DOGS!!!! :cool1: I'll be looking next time I'm at the grocery store! :cool1:

Thanks Lisa! What's funny is I'd planned on getting KFC takeout tonight but just forgot. I printed their nutritional info from their website and calculated points and figured out what I was going to have. Then we just got busy and forgot, so Tyler ate dinner at home. I wasn't hungry and just had a mini bagel with WW cream cheese.

Now this is crazy.....I've only used 7 points today, so I have 18 left, but I'm not hungry. Strange!

We love Sweet Tomatoes. I'm glad to hear there's one close to WDW.

It is just accross at Crossroads Center, straight out of DTD along Hotel Plaza Boulevard and straight across Apopka Vineland Road.

There is also a Cici's Pizza opened close by. We went there first but 2 large buses had just dropped of loads of teens and the line was well out of the door.:eek: Now that buffet is about $5.99, as opposed to $9.99 at Sweet Tomatoes. Not as healthy as Sweet Tomatoes though.We also got 10% off for being over 60!!!:rolleyes1

I started a new job at work on 4/20, I love it....LOVE IT, nothing like I was doing but I really love it!
Hope all is well with everyone. Seems Wilson did great in his race Michelle got some kind of yard bath and what is going on with everyone else?
 
Holly... make sure that you don't UNDER eat either... it will force your body to think it is starving itself and your metabolism will slow down. Stick to around your points and you'll do great... you already are!!!
