It's just the 3-day to Ensenada and back. So that means one "day" on the ship as we leave port (we're getting there at noon), one day in Ensenada and one Sea Day. It will be great just not having to be home and feel guilty about not cleaning the house or whatever!

Oh, man, now I'm crying! That was AMAZING! And makes me want to go into suspended animation until next summer when we get to do Les Mis again. Our theater group has decided to do it every 2 years, and already I can see us all referring to the "non-Les Mis" summers as a waste!!!

I think I have to go watch the video now.... WOW!

Beautiful sunny day here. I'm hoping to go for a walk and then visit Serenity this afternoon. I had Sara and Trevor over for a big turkey dinner on Friday, so I get to play today!

One office with the cords reorganized and one to go. It really is amazing, cords and cables that went to devices long since gone. It was like an archeological expedition.

Now on to my office.

It is so strange to have a Sunday morning to myself.


I also have to sort out all of our tickets and vouchers. Everything seems to be emailed and print-it-yourself.

I have to print off our voucher for our AP at WDW and our park hoppers for Universal.

They do a lot of filming in Chicago. It's not unusual to see areas blocked off and film crews.

Now, about 2 hours later I am done with my office! That was the worst of the rooms. I can't believe how jumbled everything was and all of the transformers and cords that I had to throw out.

Sukie insisted I give the floor a good clean, which I did, with rags and scrubbing bubbles on my hands and knees.

I hate cleaning, but actually I only really hate light cleaning. I actually sort of like heavy cleaning. I also much prefer to use a scrub brush on floors and do them on my hands and knees. Bucket and mops drive me crazy.

Now, I wonder if I will be permitted to go to the ball?

And just to clarify the mom story, I was setting up an April Fools joke. But my usually easy going and able to joke with mom swallowed the hole dang hook line and sinker way too soon and got all serious, and cried at night , and got her fellings hurt, and I had to call it off, and she got even madder that it was a joke, and didnt want to talk to me for a long time, and thought Venetia and I and my brother were horrible people, and I was just being mean and spiteful to her, and Venetia and I werent the solid rocks in the family anymore, and today will be the first time I've seen her since and it should be FACINATING!!!

I did this cruise with my sis 3 months after my 1st DCL cruise (12/05) and was VERY disappointed in the quality of the ship and food and the service. Sadly the ship smelled moldy everywhere we went. Ok that was the bad, the good was I was on a ship going to Mexico. I also liked Ensenada (but I like anywhere except moldy places You'll be with your friends and that will make it fun

The kids and I are playing Animal Crossing and getting lots of eggs, you crack them, get a bunny foil (or candy) and take them to Zipper T Bunny and he gives you furniture. I almost have the whole set, it's so cool

Oh, NO! Moldy? Yikes! I guess I'll be spending a lot of time on deck. I drive David crazy because I can't stand a lot of restaurants (especially the "less expensive" ones because as soon as I walk in I can tell they wiped the tables and/or mopped the floor with a mildewed rag/mop. It just about makes me want to vomit!

But it will be fine. I'll just have to bribe myself with the knowledge that we will be on another Disney cruise SOMEDAY (but I sure wish I had one booked NOW!)
