Very sad about Tom. I think some people just need something extreme to happen as sort of an eye opener, and unfortunately, it sounds like Tom is that type of person.

Well I certainly hope this does open his eyes. He's about to hit rock bottom. If this doesn't work, I don't know where he'll end up and I'm so worried sick about him....even though he really gets me mad. Why can't he just do the right thing like everybody else. Why does he think the rules don't apply to him. If he continues like this he'll end up in jail or dead. At this point jail would be better. How aweful.

Well, that is one meet I won't make for sure...I'll be there that Tuesday but not on the 21st Why do I keep missing everyone by days?!

Will you be there the Tuesday before or after? Ken and Shannon will here the whole week before the 21st. We are just having the meet on Saturday so more people can come. But we could do a tiny meet for dinner, I would imagine. I know Ken and Shannon will be in the parks but they have to eat sometime.

I guess you can't help those who don't want to help themselves. Tom has had every opportunity and he still didn't make it work. All we can do is release him on his own and hope that he learns the hard way.

So I heard on the news that while the President and First Lady were out at the balls last night, the girls....Malia and Sasha....had movie night in the White House theatre and then had a scavenger hunt. At the end of the scavenger hunt was the Jonas Brothers. Only in the White House. Rank hath privledge. What a thrill for a ten and seven year old while spending their first night in the White House.....something they will always remember.

Ok, now I am off to go to a training for a field trip....since when do we have to sit through 2.5 hours of training to be a volunteer??????? hope it isn't too boring. catch ya all later!

I had a horrible dream last night....I dreamt that I bought a pack of cigarettes and went back to smoking again. I was in a panic when I woke up about it....until I realized that it was just a dream. When I'm awake....more and more I'm happy about not smoking everytime I hear John breathe. The fact that I can take a deep breath again and he cannot really locks it in for me. Then I go to sleep and have these disturbing dreams about it. What is my subconscious doing to me and how do I get it to stop?

All of you FaceBook folks: is it easy to put pictures on there? If so, I think I'll add all my cruise pics so my family can see, because my brother's wife just asked to add me as a friend. I sure was shocked, since I'm the black sheep of that side of the family.

As for the photos on FB, John posted them just after the cruise, but because I posted some others yesterday, and tagged him, he decided to tag me in some of the PC ones, so if you saw them you were linked to the PC ones. Simple!!!

Just go on your profile page 'photo' page. Click to add photos. It might try and get you to add Activex something for a quicker load if you don't already have it on your computer, but I just used the simple uploader which you see a link to.

Then you can browse and post direct from your computer. It is a little slow however, but much faster than photobucket.

Wow, this is sad. I got an e-mail from the girl who was let go from my work. She wrecked her mother's car 2 days ago and yesterday her husband set their kitchen on fire (by accident), so the Red Cross is putting them up in a hotel for 2 days. That woman is a walking disaster!

Facebook SO confuses me. I much prefer myspace. Myspace is easy and simple to use. Facebook has so many layers of so many things going on....I haven't been on there for at least a month, maybe more. I use myspace everyday to keep up with the kids.....Tom, Kris and Casey.....grandsons and nephew. Everyone else....my friends....I keep up with on here.

Deb - I just think it's all the stress that's manifesting itself. What you need is comfort and probably in the past, smoking was a form of comfort.

I suggest champagne instead, or have John buy you some diamonds.

Diamonds are good for reducing stress.
