WBI questions

Hi guys! I'm gearing up to apply and have been trying to research a lot. One thing I haven't seen is if the WBI is timed or anything like that. I've seen people say it was stressful to move fast or try to answer quickly in a way Disney would want. So if someone could explain it a little better that would be great.

Also, what types of questions were on it that you weren't expecting? I've seen the basics about being on time and what not but any other insight would be appreciated!

IF I remember correctly it states that it is timed, but not in the way you might be thinking. There is no timer counting down pressuring you. Personally I think Disney keeps track of how fast it takes you so they have an idea whether or not you are taking it seriously (so if it takes you an hour to do each page of 10 questions they know your watching tv while doing it).

I by no means rushed, I read each question and took a second to make sure I chose the answer I meant, and occasionally re-read the questions. The best advice is to turn off the tv and take the WBI in a silent room with no distractions.

There are some timed sections and it will tell you when those sections come up. Be sure to read each question carefully and dont speed through it. You will have time to answer each question, but some sections are time limited. The questions deal with your personality and work habits. Could be others, but its really not that difficult if you answer honestly and take your time.

The WBI has 3 parts to it. The first part is not timed at all, the second part you have 30 seconds to answer and then I think 15 seconds on the last one. But the questions that are timed are very short sentences so you still have plenty of time to read it multiple times to make sure you read it correctly.

I also could be wrong on how long you have to answer so if anyone knows for sure, feel free to correct me haha.
