WBC Questions

I realize I may be late in the game. Just starting to think about planning a trip for spring break 2013 (3/31 - 4/7). Would trying to get Bonnet Creek be out of the question? Would we have to book early or would there be any way to take advantage of the more last minute booking rates? Also, would 3 BR units be available (party of 6, but two groups of adults).

Any tips or tricks?

We have never stayed offsite before, so all of this is new.

I just did a search on the Wyndham site, and there is currently NO availability at the resort for a week starting on 3/31. If you are wanting to stay there, you will want to check with the major renters to see if they have any any reservations they are holding for the popular spring break period that may not yet be sold to someone, but considering that it appears most of the month of March is sold out on the owners site, It's obviously going to be a very crowded time....

We are going the week before you 3/23-3/30 since that is our spring break. Those two weeks are the busiest of the year outside of Christmas week. Knowing this, we booked with Vacation Strategy for WBC exactly at the 13 month point. I would check with them or with Ken Price (who lots of people use on this board)...and if they don't have anything they may at least have a waiting list?

we bought our week from the daughter of an owner who advertised on Ebay - the person had 100% ebay rating and lots of positive comments from people who booked stays at WBC

oh - and this was after checking with other people who sold stays who had said that the week we wanted was sold out. But our trip is in 11/2012 so I do not know about your dates.
