I haven't bought anything (until 2 weeks ago) since this thread started. Back then I bought some rugs and bathroom fixtures for a reno.
I needed to replace my large square leather ottoman. No one at all makes the kind I used to have in the size I want so I had to go with a different style. By far, Wayfair had the most selection. None of my local stores even carry such a thing. I ordered it, it was here in a week. I thought the price was reasonable but it's probably not the value it was a few years ago. Also, I used to get a lot of rewards with Wayfair but I noticed that is no longer the good reward plan it used to be.
