Way to check what plane model I'm on?

I'm booked on NW 0781 on Oct 1st (LHR-DTW) and the flights is currently scheduled for a 767-300er which only has the drop down TVs.

I have seen online though that often these are changed to the new 400s which have seat back on demand IFE.

I have heard that NWA release information about what planes are being used 90 days out. But I've as yet been unable to find anything....

Any ideas where i should be looking?
