way to check reservation on lin

I have the beach club booked through and RCI exchnange. Is there anyway for me to check this reservation on line and put in requests or do I need to call?

Someone had posted a link to this type of question lately however I cannot find the link.

I think for RCI you have to call. DVC Members can't even make requests online at the check-in screen, we have to call.
