I very rarely cry during movies. It takes very good acting/script to get me to cry. But here's my picks (not really in any order):
-What's Eating Gilbert Grape- I cried the first time I watched it and I cry when I watch it once a month every month.
-Radio- The scene between Radio, Coach, and Mary Helen
-The Fisher King- Amazing Robin Williams movie. I bawled for three hours after this movie.
-Awakenings- Again, Robin Williams, and Robert DeNiro. Great movie, but made me cry.
-Steel Magnolias- I knew it was coming, I knew it. But I still lost it, but not until Sally Fields monologue in the cemetary.
-Here on earth- I was hysterical when he read Birches. It's always been my favorite poem since I was little and my grandfather read it to me. And it's a great movie.
-A Walk to Remember- Cried each time I watched it, then watched the alternate ending and hated that. So if you like this movie, don't want the other ending.
-Where The Heart Is- Natalie Portman gave an amazing performance. Cried when she was left, when the baby is found, again with the Sister thing and then again at the end with Forney.
There's others, but these are the ones that get me every time.
Oh, and if anyone watches Scrubs, I cry like a baby the minute Brendan Fraser jumps on screen in his last guest apperance.
