Way OT: Top 3 tearjerkers???

What is your #1 tear jerker movie that you needed to recooperate from?

#1 "My Dog Skip" ( i had a dog named skip that looked like that dog and pre-kids he was our baby)
#2 "StepMom"
#3 "Titanic" and "The Notebook" are tied for #3

These movies still kill me after seeing them sooooo many times.!
Oh and I can't leave out "The Lion King"! soooo sad!

Romeo and Juliet - the 60's version.
West Side Story

The Yearling
Forest Gump
Pay It Forward - although I shouldn't say sometimes. I watched it once and that was enough.
Ghost
Saving Private Ryan - The scene at the grave site at the end of the movie is a major tear jerker.
Gone with the Wind
Life is Beautiful
The Green Mile
Cheaper by the Dozen (The Original)
The Best Years of Our Lives

But for the ones that usually do, I'd list these...

Dumbo: Oh that scene where the mother is locked up and she's rocking him back and forth gets me every time!

Out of Africa: When Meryl Streep reads the poem at the grave site. Sometimes I skip the end of the movie because I know I'm going to cry.

Shindler's List: I have never cried so hard over a movie than I did the first time I saw that. I was distraught.

There have been hundreds of movies that have made me cry, ( cry at EVERYTHING including commericals LOL) - but there have been two movies that I cried so hard (huge tears, crying so hard I lost my breath). It was like I was inconsolable - I cried during the movie, when leaving the theater, driving in the car and going home were:

I'm a guy, so I have trouble admitting any of this, but....

When I was young, I used to cry at the end of Mary Martin's Peter Pan. When my mother asked me why, I told her that it was because I wouldn't see it again for a year. This was WAY before VCRs.

The ultimate male tearjerker? The film that all men cry at, whether they admit it or not?

I'm so bad, I have tears in my eyes just reading the titles of the movies.

I don't even have a top 3 - I will manage to cry during almost EVERY movie - last one that made me cry was this weekend - The Lake House.

Titanic...the one scene where the Irish woman is reading to her children to try and get them to go to sleep before the water rushes in - just TOTALLY has me crying.

Dumbo, Bambi, Lion King...too many others to list them all.
