way.com website not working?

I've been trying for the last 2 days to get on way.com to purchase our park hoppers and I keep getting an error message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /user-agrement on this server.


This happens on both my iPad and laptop. Is anyone else having this same problem? Thanks in advance!
 
I just got right into Way.com using my iPhone. Try erasing cookies, I guess. Good luck!
 
Good suggestion but unfortunately it didn't work. I've tried using a data connection on my phone too, thinking maybe it was my internet provider, still no luck. I'm in Canada, I wonder if that is the problem? Any Canadians out there that can try the website for me?

How odd, I am Canadian and I'm getting the same message as you. This would suck, I bought our APs from them last time and was going to use them again for our PH tickets next year! :rolleyes:

Oh goodness. Sorry. I wish I could offer further assistance. I hope it works out for you. I was looking for my brother a 5-day PH for January. We bought our APs from way.com last April. But we're in Texas.

Thanks for the phone number, I will call tomorrow to sort it all out. I did know that Canadians have to purchase by phone, but previously I could at least view the website to compare ticket prices, so it's very strange. I'll post tomorrow if I have any updates :)

That would be great! I'd love to know how much they are compared to purchasing direct.

There are a few options for Canadians that are less expensive than buying direct.

Flightcentre.ca (prices in Canadian, so we don't get screwed on the exchange rate)

ebates.ca to get to Orbitz, especially when Orbitz is offering a high cash back %. (right now they are at 3.75% but they have been as high at 20% I think)
 
So it seems they were having some issues recently and blocked all traffic except United States. It sounds like they will open up the site for Canada tonight and we should be able to access it again starting tomorrow.

Still have to call to make a purchase if you're from Canada though :)
