Wave Runners on Castaway Cay?????

Hey all you recent cruisers, can you rent wave runners on Castaway Cay????
DD's saw them on the DCL Travel channel special and now they want to ride them on CC.
I told them I didn't know if they rented them there.

If they do what are the prices????

I did parasailing and the banana boat ride on CC, but I don't recall seeing any wave runners, of course, after losing my glasses on the banana boat ride, I couldn't see anymore anyhow, LOL!!!

Anyone else know about wave runners on CC???

As of right now, they do not have them to rent, but, I did hear a rumor that they may do so later on....no confirmation on that....You can rent snorkeling equipment, bicycles, and rafts....hope this info helps out somewhat......Andy

Thats kind of what I thought....we'll just have to go for the Aqua trikes.

Speaking of Aqua trikes do you and should you reserve like you would an excursion or just go to that area on CC morning???
I heard you could not reserve ahead of time, so that means you go there first thing right??? Schedule a time???

You should not have a problem getting an aqua trike anytime. I'll never rent one again. On one of our cruises I had two 12 year olds. They were begging to go on the trikes. They can't go alone so Dad gets to take them one at a time. Well, they had a hard time reaching the pedals so guess who did all the work. TWICE.
After fighting the wind and tide I almost needed CPR when we returned. I did like the banana boat ride though. No pedals
