For Easter, my husband bought me the Leslie Sansone Deluxe Walk DVD. It's Walkaerobics. Is it the same as Walk Away the Pounds? There is a one mile and a two mile walk on it and then there is also the warm -up and cool down. My question is, how many WW activity points is it to do these? I very clumsily did the one mile walk this morning. It was easy and I'm sure I won't feel as awkward after doing it a couple more times.
I'm thinking about doing the one mile walk in the mornings before work and the two mile walk in the evening before supper. Would that be too much?
