I bought WATP "Walk Strong" (I just picked one), it's 2 miles with lots of breaks for strength training. I'm a little more advanced than that, so I just use light hand weights and walk thru the times she stops to talk.
I really like the program and would like to get another one. I'm a little confused as to which one. The descriptions on Amazon aren't all that clear.
I would like the longest (I believe someone said there was a 4 mile one) and preferrably with walking straight thru, no strength training. Does it exist? What would you recommend?
Thanks,
~~g.

I've heard of a 4 mile, but I don't have it. The longest I have is 3 miles. Very confusing! Hopefully someone else has the answer.

I have the WATP 4 Mile Super Challenge--4 miles straight through with no intervals--just some added upper-body movements (you could use handweights to intensify the workout if you choose--I've used 3 lb. wrist weights). She'll tell you when you've finished the 1, 2 and 3 mile portions if you'd like a shorter workout. Hope this helps!

I have the 3 mile Super Fat Burner WATP and LOVE IT!!! It is not too complicated for me and I feel I get a really good workout from it. When it gets easy, I'll buy the 4 mile. Finally, a workout series that I actually like and stick with!!

Shelia,

Is your Fat Burner a straight thru walk or do you stop for interval training?

It is a straight thru using hand weights to tone and intensify the walk. I absolutely love it!
