Watersong resort in Davenport...anyone stay here??

I was looking for houses online yesterday and came across a house here. I have never heard of it. The description says it is about a 10 min drive to the Disney entrance. I am wondering how accurate this is and also what the amenities at this resort are like (pool, gameroom, etc). Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I did a lot of searching through Davenport rentals when we were looking for a place to rent and I have never heard of this one. I am interested to see if anyone else has.

Watersong is built by Park Square Homes who also built Emerald Island.

We looked at buying at Watersong when they were first promoting it. The homes & resort looked nice, but for us it appeared to be too far from Disney to be a good option, especially for the $$ .

10 minutes to Disney entrance?... Not sure about that...

I do know that PSH now market part of Watersong as residential so it is not a pure resort community.

Would love to find out about experiences from people who have stayed there.
