waterproof "beach caddy" on sale

I was just looking in an Avon sale catalog (campaign 26/1) and saw (on page 25) a waterproof (I think waterproof-it doesn't say) ID type holder. The container that you can put your KTTW card, ID and some other small things in. It is 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 inches, blue in color and is on sale for $1.19 (from 5.99). Don't know if it is available on line. BTW, I am not an Avon rep.
