Waterparks over the Christmas holidays?

Hi everyone,

Just curious if anyone knows how crowded the waterparks are the week from christmas to New Years. I know the 4 main parks are going to be very crowded. I know some people wont go to the waterparks because it is too cold, but that wont bother us.

I know that one of the parks is closed for rehab during that time. My DDs & I went to WDW last Christmas but we didn't go to the water parks. I do recall that the line at the bus for the waterparks was much smaller than during summer time.

Usually, Typhoon Lagoon is closed for refurb during Christmas week. I believe they usually close it around mid December. I know a few years back
we were there from 12/29 thru 1/7 and we went to Blizzard Beach.....it was pretty warm the day we went, but, hardly any crowds.

Blizzard beach will be closed from the last week of October through January or later (the sched is not out past end of Dec). Typhoon Lagoon is sched to be open.
