Waterpark mugs

Thinking of buying those refillable waterpark mugs but what does everyone do with them when on water rides? Do I have to rent a locker to store it or can I bring them on. Mostly thinking about the family water rides. My kids are still too small for some of the other rides so either my husband or I will stay with the littles and can hold the mug while the other rides. Also we are planning on going to both water parks over the course of our stay so I can use it at both right? Just pay the reactivation fee at the second park (it will be on a different day)

We do rent lockers but I am guessing refillable mugs at Waterparks may not be a thing for years if ever.

We don't know *when* the water parks will reopen and what new safety procedures will be in place when they do, and if they will offer a refillable mug option.

Having said that, you can't bring anything on the rides, except for things like goggles, so if both you and your DH will be doing the raft rides together, you would need to leave your mugs at a chair or rent a locker.

Thanks for your responses. We’re planning on going next summer so here’s to hoping things will be better by then. I’m just trying to figure out the budget now so I can get a better idea on how much to save!

I hope the water parks will be open by then too. we really enjoy them!
