Waterpark discounts - DVC/AP?

We're DVC members and also AP holders and are planning on spending one day at TL this June. I saw on Mousesavers that there are the following discounts:

Water Park Discounts at Ticket Window

• Disney World Annual and Seasonal Passholders get up to $16 off 1-day water-park tickets. Offer good for the Passholder and up to 3 guests.
• Disney Vacation Club members pay only $52.19, tax included, for 1-day water-park tickets.

But, I called Member Services and she said that the discount is blacked out from 5/25 - 9/29. Is that correct? I also thought there was some kind of seasonal pass that was blacked out during that time, and am hoping she was confusing the two. Does anyone know if there are DVC/AP water park discounts in June? TIA!
