Waterpark attire questions...can't find answer!

Basically we see almost anything at the water parks. However a person needs to consider that it is a family park. I do know that we do not allow thongs.

I didn't see this enforced at all when we went to BB in June or TL 2 weeks ago. I only saw 2 women in thongs at BB, but at TL, we saw a group of about 6 teenage girls in thongs, and 2 others groups of women wearing them, too. We saw them more than once throughout the day, so I am assuming no one said anything to them.
