Watercraft rentals. How old?

Forgive me if this isn't the right place for this, but I've searched everywhere and couldn't find a answer.

How old do you have to be to drive one of the smaller mouseboats?

I'm assuming that you're talking about a Sea Raycer ( used to be called a mouseboat). For those, you must be twelve and at least five feet tall to DRIVE. There are no requirements for a passenger onboard.
