Does the parks allow you to bring bottled water in?? When they check the bags on the way in..do they say anything about bringing snacks in as well??
( I have been to other parks in the past and they did not allow snacks or water....they want you to buy their products)
Thanks!:goodvibes

Technically, Disney has a policy that prohibits you from bringing any food items into the parks. With that being said, I have never seen it enforced. I have often brought bottled water into the parks as well as small snacks like crackers, cookies, etc.

You can bring in whatever you want, except alcoholic beverages.
I've seen people roll coolers in too.

We always take in our own water, but usually wind up buying more anyway. And we love the snacks in the park :)

Actually, that's not true. Here is their policy on food taken straight from the Disney World site:

Q. Can food be brought into Walt Disney World® Resort and Theme Parks?

A. Guests are allowed to bring food items, such as snacks or foods that do not require heating, into any Walt Disney World® Resort. If you have items that need to be refrigerated, please ask the front desk Cast Member to have a refrigerator placed in your room. Please check with the front desk to see if there is a charge for use of the refrigerator. Guests are allowed to bring food items, such as snacks or foods that do not require heating, into any Walt Disney World® Theme Park. Just inform a Security Cast Member.
(I would assume that informing a Security Cast member is as simple as having your bag checked as you enter.. which is done anyway).

Nah, you can definitely bring water and snacks into the parks. They never said anything to us.

I have brought water bottles and lunch (sandwiches) into the parks. The most that was ever said was when one guard asked if he could have one. Apparently he missed breakfast and was hungry:lmao:

Each time I go to WDW I see ppl sitting eatting food and snacks they bring, I myself have brought in water bottles but stopped when I realized you can go to any CS and ask for ice water and they will GIVE you a BIG cup of it for free, I rather not have to carry anything..
