Water Wallets

I will be leaving on my first cruise 20 July to Mexico and was wondering which water wallet was found to be the best in keeping passports, money etx dry while swimming in the water. I have seen some in hard cases, soft cases and those that belt around the waist. Does the passport fit in them? Do any of them leak? I have seen different ones on the internet but do not know which one is the best in not leaking.
