I never picked up new water shoes during the summer for my family. Does anyone know where I can find them on-line? I have been searching, but to no avail.

Try www.swimoutlet.com . I needed watershoes late in the season and of course everyone was out of them. I was going to purchase them from this website. But we happened to go to a Cabela's that just opened up and I bought a pair there. They probably have them on their website at www.cabelas.com . Anyway, they are less expensive at swimoutlet. Check them out.

Lands End has great water shoes for kids and adults, and last I checked, the kids ones were on sale. Go to www.landsend.com/overstocks .

SuzPasq: Actually, I was originally going to buy them at Lands End, but when I went to order them, I was too late and my childrens' sizes were sold out. I ordered some other stuff last night and asked them when do they think the new line will be out for summer 2005.

Have you checked Sears? Most stores carry a pretty full line of LE shoes. I got my 1yo's there about a month ago.

My DW and I just purchased a pair of Speedo aqua socks for each of us at the Sports Authority here in Connecticut for $9.95 a pair.

I also saw them on Yamaha's web site in the water craft area. They were $15.95 a pair.

The water shoes I had brought on the cruise for my son were killing his feet and the pavement was so hot that he needed better shoes for Cataway Cay. I had previously bought these sandals that had bumps on the soles for him. Fortunately, we were able to by some water shoes on Castaway Cay - they have the WDW logo on them. As info, in case anyone needs any at the very last minute.
