Water Question

Just curious,can you get free ice water from stands in the park or can you just get a cup of ice? It doesnt seem right if they sell bottled water that they would give you free ice water even if its water from a facet.Anyone out there ever ask and received?

We get ice water all of the time at WDW. No questions asked.

We used the Brita Water Fliter Bottles so we always just asked for ice and we always got it

--- well except for the time when my daughter fell down near a snack cart - she couldn't give us any because she wasn't selling "fountain drinks" she just had bottled drinks packed in ice --- even though we only wanted the ice for her hurt knee -- she did offer to call first aid to come and help us (my dd was fine - cleaned her up and a bandaid and she was back on the go)

We were always cheerfully handed a
large cup of ice or ice water,
whatever we had requested.
Never felt funny after our first time asking!

I always get free ice water. Sometimes they give you small cups so I ask for more but never a problem. The water does taste a little gross.

Disneyland gives you free ice water from the tap. Of course if you have ever actually taken the time to drink the water in California, you will see why forking out money for bottled water at Disneyland isn't such a hard thing to do.
