Water play fountains all gone?

I've noticed last couple trips the water play fountaions throughout the parks have not been working. I thought it was because of the drought or either it being off season. Then this last trip in May I noticed by Ariel in MK and Donald's boat in Toontown that it looked liek they had permantely fixed them to not run.
Are there any play founations running right now? Any reason to bring the kids swimsuits in my bag this trip whiel at the parks?

We were there last week and I'm not sure about MK fountains but I know the fountains at Epcot and Downtown Disney were working. Hope you have a great time!

I am not sure about the fountains, but when I was there in April a CM told us that Donald's boat was permanately shut down because of an injury.

I was very my kids love playing in there when it is hot
