Water Parks

Our 7 yr. old Granddaughter wants to do a water park next trip. Which one does everybody recommend?

Our favorite is Blizzard Beach. We feel like the rides are longer and more exciting.

I agree, we've done both and definitely prefer Blizzard Beach, though had fun at Typhoon Lagoon also...BB seemed to have better slides for us

Thanks for the info. Anyone else have any opinions? We did Typhoon Lagoon last time but wondered if anyone had further comments.

Depending on how comfortable she is on steep slides, BB has taller faster slides (more geared toward older kids), either way both parks are fun.
Oh, BB seemed to have more stairs. We didn't want to wait for the chairlift and it's alot of stairs to reach the top.

I've only been to TL pre-kids, so I can't really compare.
But, I have taken them to BB and they really enjoyed it. When my 2 youngest were 5 and 9, their favorite area was the Ski Patrol Training area which is designed for that age. It's a nice area for those too big for the kiddie area, but still kids.
They also loved the family raft ride, those side by side slides (?) and the lazy river. There are also tube slides that are a lot of fun. There is definitely a ton to do at BB even if she doesn't like the really big slides.
